The Knowledge Business Centre has developed a special relationship with all the ICT clusters in the region.

The ICT Cluster Groups are a network of local businesses that is supported by Business Link North West, local Councils, local Chambers of Commerce, Lancashire Economic Partnership and the Northwest Regional Development Agency.
